Ryan & Shelby | Lake Martin Engagement

          Ryan and Shelby’s Lake Martin Engagement has been marked as a favorite! They chose the Children’s Harbor area at Lake Martin for their session and it was perfect! Even though we captured A LOT of images, I still wish we had more time with them to photograph more! It was THAT good. Ryan and Shelby both love Lake Martin and I can see why. The area is beautiful!

          They were both so sweet, easy going and up for anything during their session. I thought they chose their outfits very wisely to fit in well with the location! We were all very thankful that the rain subsided long enough for us to capture all of the images! I don’t think it was 30 seconds after I took the last photo that it started raining. Great timing!

          Usually either before or after every engagement session, Hunter and I will photograph some extra details of the location. So, after Ryan and Shelby left, we waited until the rain somewhat stopped and went out for what I thought would be just 10-15 minutes. We ended up staying for another 30-40 minutes to hang out some more! I guess you could say we had a hard time leaving the lake 😃

I can’t wait for Ryan & Shelby’s wedding back at Lake Martin in October!!
