Behind the Scenes 2018

This is a just for fun post that gives you a little glimpse into the behind the scenes of a wedding day for Hunter and I! Some of these photos are definitely not the most flattering, but it’s always hilarious for Hunter and I to look through after a wedding to see photos that we didn’t even know were being captured 🙂 We don’t always remember to take these photos on every wedding day, but when we do it’s very amusing! Most of these are from 2018, but there are a few from 2017 as well! I hope you enjoy the photos and the captions to go along with them! 🙂

Hunter was very hesitant about me doing this…he was so afraid that I would fall in the pool! I didn’t fall though and this was my only option to capture these photos. Gotta do what you gotta do! 🙂 Oh, and I was pregnant at this wedding in Miramar Beach, FL and didn’t even know it!

This was such a beautiful location in the mountains of North Carolina! We had just found out I was pregnant a few days before this wedding and I was already starting to notice how hungry I would get in such short amounts of time. Hunter basically followed me around with snacks and water all day long! Such a sweet husband 🙂

Well that’s a lovely face…

If you ever see a veil in the air, Hunter is the magic behind it! He’s a pro and he gets a good workout too cause I make him do it at least 3-4 times!

And the petals that are “magically” falling…also Hunter 🙂

Most of the time, the hair starts off the day all the way down…but usually goes up before the ceremony. It gets really warm on wedding days 🙂

Talking with the groom about the First Look

Photographing reception details and trying to keep everything from blowing over…it was VERY windy!

Little did I know that mud was soaking through the blanket and onto my jeans as I was shooting this. Hunter had to run back to the house and grab beach towels so the mud didn’t get onto our couples’ clothes when they sat down. Glad we realized that beforehand! We dodged the rain all afternoon for this session 🙂
