Brad & Melissa | Tallahassee, Florida Wedding Photographer

                I was anticipating a lot of rain the day of the wedding, especially during the ceremony. We hoped it would hold off until we could get some outside portraits before the wedding and it did! We were able to take all of the portraits outside that they wanted and even a few after the ceremony as well! Everything was photographed just around the church property and I love how they all turned out!

                Brad & Melissa were married in a small, casual and intimate ceremony at our home church in Tallahassee with only family present. This was my second Gilliland wedding to photograph in less than a month! It was the most casual wedding I’ve ever been to, as well as to photograph, but it was among one of the best weddings I’ve ever experienced. There was such a personal atmosphere, and the fact that it was all family made it that much more special. I loved all of the centerpieces and little details that made the wedding special and intimate.

               This was both of their second marriages and I believe they were always meant to find each other from the beginning. In the past I’ve talked about my family knowing the Gilliland family for many years now, but after this wedding we can all be considered family because Melissa is my mother-in-law! It’s so crazy how things work out, but as I said before, I believe all of this was created long before our families were introduced.
